1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- We offer various shipping options at checkout.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen shipping method.
3. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your shipment.
- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working towards being able to ship internationally in the future.
6. Delays and Issues
- Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal delays, and other disruptions beyond our control.
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at team@lytactive.com with your order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- LYT Active is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team@lytactive.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
